Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Large or custom orders may require additional lead time.
Freight Delivery: All bricks are shipped on pallets via freight carriers. Delivery is curbside only unless prior arrangements are made.
Shipping Costs: Freight charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery requirements. A shipping estimate will be provided at checkout or upon request.
Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any visible damage should be noted with the driver before signing the delivery receipt.
Reclaimed & Specialty Bricks: Due to the unique nature of reclaimed and specialty bricks, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for color variation, weathering, or size differences, as these are inherent to the product.
Defective or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or partial refund as appropriate.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the pallet has not yet been prepared for shipment.
Return Shipping: In the rare event a return is authorized, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and restocking fees.
