Once we've determined the optimal reclaimed building materials for your project and the quantities required, we will provide you with a comprehensive quote. This quote will include all the relevant information about your order, including shipping costs. Typically, a 50% deposit is necessary when placing an order to reserve your materials, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the shipment.

Step 5: Arrange Shipping Schedule

The shipping lead time will vary depending on your job location and the size of your order. All the materials featured on our website are readily available in stock and ready for shipping. We are more than happy to discuss and accommodate your preferred scheduling as much as possible.

Step 6: Delivery Information

Our materials are shipped throughout the United States. Our materials are securely placed and secured on pallets. You will need to arrange for a forklift to unload these pallets on your end, a task typically managed by the on-site contractor.

Step 7: Finalize Payment
